New Patients
If you or your family would like to register with our practice please call at reception for the relevant forms.
We accept patients living in the Darwen and Lower Darwen area.
Appointments
Appointments can be made by phone or at the reception.
We offer routine appointments up to 2 weeks ahead, book on the day appointments for urgent problems and telephone consultations.
Repeat Prescription
Repeat prescriptions can be ordered in the following ways only:
- By post (if you enclose a stamped addressed envelope)
- At reception (there is a post box for your repeat prescription slip)
- On the Internet using EMIS Access (please ask reception how to register)
Please allow 2 working days for us to process repeat prescriptions.
Only acute (non-repeat) items can be ordered by phone.
